Strip curtain enclosures provide a versatile containment solution for work processes that generate flying debris, dust, or fumes. We supply bespoke PVC strip enclosures that create a protective barrier around machinery and workstations, keeping contaminants fully contained. These vinyl walls can be solid on all sides except the entrance, and a ceiling panel can be fitted to the enclosure for complete coverage.

Configurations
We supply strip curtains in almost any configuration to suit your facility layout. The 50mm x 50mm steel tubing components allow for virtually any length and height construction. This tubing features a simple bolt-together design for rapid assembly and disassembly. Floor plates allow the strip curtain enclosure to be anchored to the floor if required. These 200mm x 200mm plates have four locations for secure fixing.
Every enclosure is designed to your exact specifications. Whether you need a small workstation surround or a large production line enclosure, we provide detailed drawings for approval before fabrication begins.
Durable Hardware
Strip Hardware
Using the same studded hardware as a traditional strip curtain, the strips attach to the galvanised steel frame and securely bolt on. This prevents the strips from coming detached when materials move through. The hardware is fabricated from hot-dipped galvanised steel which also comes with a lifetime warranty.
We supply all fixings and brackets as standard, so your maintenance team can complete the installation without specialist tools. Replacement strips can be ordered individually if any become damaged over time.

Modular Design
We supply freestanding curtain track and portable curtain track for your industrial applications. This hardware is modular in design and can be configured in almost any length and height. The floor-mounted curtain hardware features base plates which can be anchored to the floor for rigid stability. The freestanding strip curtain enclosures can also be taken apart and reconfigured into other shapes as needed since there is no welding involved.
This flexibility is particularly valuable for UK businesses that need to adapt their workspace layouts seasonally or as production requirements change.
