Common Curtain Enclosures
Strip Curtain Enclosures
PVC strip enclosures let people and forklift traffic pass through from any side without stopping to slide a panel. The overlapping strips close behind the person or vehicle, keeping dust, debris, and temperature contained. A solid valance ceiling can be added for full overhead containment in grinding or sanding bays.
Free-Standing Curtain Enclosures
Floor-mounted frames support the curtain panels, so you don't need anything overhead to hang from. Both fixed and rolling configurations are available, and you can add a ceiling section for extra containment. This style suits older buildings where the roof structure can't carry extra weight.
Warehouse Curtain Enclosures
Large-format curtain enclosures divide entire warehouse sections. They're commonly used to separate temperature zones (chilled from ambient), contain dust-producing processes, or carve out new operational areas without the cost of permanent construction. Panels can span floor to ceiling across openings of 30 metres or more.

Strip Curtain Enclosure
PVC strip curtains form a walk-through enclosure around grinding, deburring, or finishing stations. Operatives and pallet trucks pass through freely while airborne particles stay contained inside the booth. Strips are individually replaceable if damaged.
Tinted Welding Strips
Orange or green tinted PVC strips filter harmful UV and IR radiation from welding arcs, protecting nearby workers. The strips still allow rapid pedestrian and forklift access without the need to open or close a door.
Solid Booth Curtains
Solid vinyl curtains slide open and closed on a track, much like a heavy-duty shower curtain. When closed, they fully enclose a grinding or sanding cell. When open, they pull back to give complete access for loading and unloading parts.
Solid Downdraft Curtains
Heavy-duty 18 oz vinyl curtains designed for downdraft extraction booths. They contain grinding and sanding debris at a fraction of the cost of rigid walls, and they're easy to replace when worn. Ideal for metalworking shops and automotive body repair facilities.
Roll Down Grinding Curtains
A spring-loaded roller guard that drops down to shield nearby workers from sparks and debris during grinding, welding, or sanding. A simple pull strap lowers and raises the screen. It takes up almost no floor space.
Vinyl Curtain Walls
The most widely used style of industrial PVC curtain. Vinyl curtain walls handle dust control, visual screening, and workspace separation in warehouses and production facilities. They hang from ceiling-mounted track and can be drawn open when not needed.
Free Standing Curtains
A fully self-supporting enclosure that doesn't rely on overhead steelwork. The floor-mounted frame holds the curtain panels in place, making it the right choice for buildings with low or inaccessible ceilings. Commonly used for paint prep and sanding stations.
Portable Grinding Screens
