Loading Dock Safety Nets – 300lbs

A quick and affordable solution to keep workers, light-duty pallet trucks, and handcarts away from loading docks and adjacent locations is to use this highly visible Loading Dock Net. Without obstructing the operation of the dock entrance, the sturdy, lightweight net fits neatly into existing dock door openings and takes up very little room. Completely movable with robust snap hooks. Included bollards painted with a bright color for safety is quick to anchor for rapid deployment. The loading dock door safety guard nets are designed to prevent serious injury or death to personnel and to support compliance with EU work-at-height and fall-protection requirements — principally the Framework Directive 89/391/EEC and the work-at-height provisions of the Use of Work Equipment Directive 2009/104/EC, with collective edge protection of this type designed to the harmonised standard EN 13374.

The 300 lbs. rated (tested for 600 lbs.) net barriers are used for loading docks to used to shield staff, pallets, and handcarts from harm when dock doors are open, as well as to prevent freight from obstructing them. Snap hooks and web straps are used to swiftly affix Loading Dock Nets to the included welded steel stanchions. They have eye bolts on either side of a common central stanchion that allow them to be extended to span several dock door openings. A 2.54cm polyester webbing material offers the best option for minimum deflection, high tension containment, is used in the production of loading dock nets. Offered in an 20.32cm OC mesh size. Custom made sizes of the retractable dock netting is available upon request.
