As all of our products are custom-made to order, shipping charges are often not included in the initial quote unless otherwise confirmed by your sales representative.
How Shipping Costs Are Handled
The exact shipping cost is determined once your order is packed and ready to ship. We receive the final delivery charges from the courier at that time. This charge will be added to your invoice or processed via your payment method on file.
This is a standard shipping method referred to as “freight prepaid and added” meaning we prepay the courier and then add that cost to your bill.
If you would like an estimate before placing your order, please just ask your sales representative, and we’ll be happy to provide one.
Using Your Own Courier Account
If you have an account with a shipping provider such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another carrier, you are welcome to use it. Simply provide your account number and we will book the shipment under your account.
Please note: if you plan to use your own courier account, you must let us know at the time you place your order. This ensures there are no delays in processing and dispatching your shipment.
