Manual - Roll Up Doors
Depending on your application, we offer two types of manual roll-up vinyl doors. Spring Loaded - Works like a venetian blind, simply pull the door down and lock or pull the lock and let the door coil up to the full open position Chain Hoist - Working like metal roll up doors, simply pull one side of the chain to open the door, and the other chain to close the door.

2 Styles To Choose From
Spring Loaded
- Spring Loaded Maximum Size: 11’W x 12’H
- Pull down handles are provided for easy opening and closing
- An internal spring makes raising and lowering the roll-up door curtain very easy
- The counter-balance spring is a standard feature on all push/pull systems
- Built-in automatic reset system is a standard feature on all vinyl roll-up doors
- Door can only be opened on one side of the curtain wall
Chain Hoist
- Chain Hoist Maximum Size: 16’W x 16’H
- An internal spring makes raising and lowering the roll-up door curtain very easy
- Using a gear-reduction pull-chain located on the side of the door allows easy operation
- Friction brake is supplied at 13’ and higher on chain hoist models.
- The counter-balance spring is a standard feature on all push/pull systems
- Built-in automatic reset system is a standard feature on all vinyl roll-up doors
- Door can only be opened on one side of the curtain wall
Motorized - Roll Up Doors
AKON Motorized Roll Up Doors allow rapid movement into and out of the curtain wall zones. With a variety of different speeds, frequencies, materials, sizes and accessories; we are able to provide you with the right door for your application. Power doors come in two different styles which are In-Tube Motors for low usage and External Motors for high usage and high speed.

- Ideal for long term curtain wall installations due to higher investment cost
- Up to 12 times faster than a manual roll up steel or vinyl door

Door Frames
If you are mounting the roll up door inline with our curtain wall then we can provide the quick kit door frame. This is a tubular steel freestanding frame that quickly bolts together and anchors into the concrete.
