Industrial Thermal Curtains can divide a warehouse or contain a coke oven’s extreme heat. Custom designed to your exact needs these curtains come in all sizes and are easy to install. There are many different styles of thermal curtains which we utilize for our customers’ applications. Some of these curtains are used to separate warehouse into temperature zones, while others maybe used to seal off an entrance to a cooler. Here are the six different styles we offer.
Depending on what your application is, some styles might be better-suited for the job than others.
The most common type of thermal industrial curtain is the standard version. This version comes in widths of up to 50′ wide and can be Velcro attached to adjacent curtains. Utilized in industrial warehouses and manufacturing plants and even in small workshops.
Industrial Thermal Curtains Styles
High Temperature Thermal Curtains
For areas where there is extreme heat present we offer a line of high temperature thermal curtains. These curtains can withstand temperatures of up to 5000 degrees Fahrenheit. These curtains are generally placed around coke ovens or industrial ovens which produce extreme heat. We can design the thermal curtain with a reflective surface to reflect radiant heat with an insulated inner core that maintains environmental conditions.
Warehouse Thermal Curtains
These curtains come in panels which are 5’ wide by whatever height is needed. With this style of thermal curtain, the customer is generally trying to separate the warehouse into temperature zones. This allows the facility to reduce their heating and cooling costs while also partitioning off assembly areas. This style of industrial thermal curtain can also be equipped with door openings to allow for forklift traffic and personnel to pass through.
Standard Thermal Curtains

Heavy-Duty Heat Divider Thermal Curtains
CD1000
The CD1000 is a thermal curtain for extreme heat applications. This material is very flexible making it ideal for wrapping around corners and being very easy to roll open on our industrial curtain track. Ideal for
molten splash produced by metal and steel melters, smelters, refiners, casters, and other types of production.
CD2000
The CD2000 is an insulated thermal curtain which is ideal for reflecting heat while providing insulating qualities. This industrial curtain’s aluminized Kevlar layers are rated for 500°F continuous heat and 3000°F intermittent heat. The internal insulation which is compromised of needled fiberglass which is 100% E type glass fibers.
CD3000
The CD3000 industrial thermal curtain is constructed from Aluminized Silica. The divider curtain is folded and hemmed and stitched on the perimeters to ensure this rugged heat curtain can endure the toughest industrial applications. Ideal For
the hottest of applications near coke ovens, smelters, and other hing-heat processes.
CD4000
The CD4000 industrial heat resistant curtains are fabricated from woven silica which can withstand up to 2000˚F of heat. With their flexible design, they can be made in 1,2 or 3 layers in thickness depending on your industrial heat producing application. These heat dividing curtains have the ability to wrap around objects and make tight corners.
CD5000
The CD5000 Heat dividing thermal curtain combines both insulation properties with heat reflective properties. The external skin which is comprised of aluminized material reflects up to 90% of heat while the internal insulation helps maintain temperature zones. Ideal for forming temperature zones adjacent to high temperature producing processes.
CD5000
The CD6000 Heat insulating curtain is constructed in panels which are ideal for outdoor conditions and splatter. The insulated heat divider panels ensure a proper fit and quick installation. While not as flexible as our other industrial heat resistant curtains, these panels have some unique benefits. With abrasion resistance for frequent moving.
