OVERVIEW
Our range of industrial strip curtains and industrial strip doors provides an economical solution to protect employees and materials from harsh conditions such as excessive noise, cold, heat, dust, and air draughts.
Commonly fitted in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centres across the UK and Ireland. PVC strip curtains are cost-effective, quick to install, and easy to replace. If you already have the hardware, you can purchase just the bulk roll PVC.
We supply strip curtains in all standard widths and can provide bespoke configurations for unusual openings. Whether you need a single doorway fitted or an entire warehouse partitioned, our team will advise on the correct grade and overlap for your traffic volume.

Ways To Build Strip Curtains
PVC Strip Door Kits
If you have a door opening and need the vinyl strips and the hardware to hold them, click below. You can choose from any of the PVC listed above and select different hardware options to suit your installation. There is no limit on size, so any opening can be covered. Strip curtain kits and strip door kits are stocked for rapid despatch across the UK and Ireland.
PVC Strip Wall Kits
If you have a very wide area to cover or need to create an enclosure, click here. The PVC strip curtains can be configured for one, two, three, or four sides to create a fully enclosed workspace. If you have a bespoke design then simply submit your requirements using the form.
PVC Bulk Rolls
If you already have hardware and simply need the bulk roll PVC then click here. We can ship just the rolls of material you require. They can even be pre-cut and punched to save you installation time on site.
Mounting Options
There are three different mounting options for industrial PVC strip curtains. The most traditional and common is the fixed track style, which includes header mount, wall mount, and universal mount. These can be supplied in galvanised steel, aluminium, or stainless steel. For more specialised applications, we provide standoff mounts (ideal for roller shutter doors), piano hinges, and sliding mounts for sliding strip curtain configurations.
All hardware is supplied with full fixings and can be fitted by your own maintenance team without specialist tools. We also offer a site survey and installation service for larger projects across the UK.
Choosing Strip Widths
By using the simple chart shown below you can choose the appropriate width of strip. For instance, if you have a very tall opening and the strip width is too narrow it will curl at the bottom. The taller the opening, the wider the strip must be.
As an example, if you have a 4.2 m high opening located indoors, the ideal strip as shown in the chart below would be a 300 mm wide strip.
Choosing Strip Overlap
Determine the type and volume of traffic to select material overlap
Pedestrian access should utilise smaller strips with less overlap. Consider 150 mm or 200 mm material with 33% to 67% overlap. Use 100 mm material only on very small openings because narrower strips have less wind resistance and are not ideal for heavy forklift traffic.
Pallet Trucks – This indicates the door will receive heavier traffic including material pallets, typically accompanied by a person. In this scenario, 150 mm material with 67% overlap, or 200 mm with 25% or 50% overlap is the best option.
Forklift Traffic – Forklift traffic indicates strip doors will face more abuse. Consequently, larger PVC vinyl strip sizes are the best choice. Also consider the load the forklift will carry as the strips will drag over the load. If the load is light, very large strips may drag it off the forklift. Consider 200 mm material with 50% to 100% overlap or 300 mm material with 25% to 50% overlap.
Opening Size to Load Ratio
If the opening is small compared to the load size, it is better to consider smaller strips with less overlap so the strips do not cause drag. For example, consider 200 mm material versus 300 mm material on a 2.4 m high opening with a 2.1 m high load.
For large openings or where draughts are present, consider larger vinyl strips and increased overlap to maintain an effective seal.
